All HOTBIRD-channels are listed in TELE-satellit magazine. You can order the 
magazine via the homepage: http://www.TELE-satellit.com
For program-updates many of the channels carry a teletext service, but you 
will need a teletext-decoder in your tv-set (with latin letters)
