Yesterday transmission of the RTR-Signal package on 11.135 V was interrupted.
Now you can observe on this frequency a strong signal of unknown nature.

Nickelodeon/Discovery Turkey in the Turkish package on 11.024 V is encrypted
now.

The both versions of Channel 5 on 11.525 V are in MREG-2/clear again.

There are four audio subcarriers for 3ABN on 12.615 V with following audio 
PIDs:
English/Romanian - 0460;
Spanish/Hungarian - 0462;
French/Polish - 046A;
Russian/German - 046C.
This channel was switched to MPEG-2/PowerVu without change of SR and
FEC.

SD comment: Probably, the multilingual sound support will be used in future.
Now all subcarriers are identical (in English).
