New Features in version 2.9
* Provision for users to
substitute
their own algorithm for satellite position has been made. A sample C program
to demonstrate this is provided.
Two bug fixes should be mentioned:
* The epoch was incorrectly updated when the UTC offset was non-zero. This has
now been fixed (Satellite window).
