---------- QTTV
Quantum Trading Television has ceased all transmissions on 11,575 V on
Eutelsat II-F3. This is because the company which owned QTTV, Quantum
Trading, recently went bankrupt.

---------- POLSAT 2
Polsat 2 has ceased on Eutelsat HotBird 1 - this is because of an uplink
failure in Poland. It is not known when the channel will resume
transmissions.

---------- FESTIVAL
Festival has finished broadcasting in MPEG-2 from Telecom 2B and has
been replaced by a test card (12,669 H)
