WBTV On Hold In UK
  LONDON, England, 96/11/01 (TS) -- In a move that came as a surprise to
few, BSkyB has delayed the launch of WBTV-The Warner Channel until further
notice. Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation, which owns the majority of BSkyB,
is currently involved in a legal battle with Time Warner in the USA. WBTV
was due to launch today, November 1.

  The two are fighting over Time Warner's decision not to carry the new Fox
News Channel on cable in New York. Time Warner has recently completed a
merger with Turner which operates rival CNN.
