And now the news:

---------- UK Horizons makes its analogue début
As expected, the UK TV Preview Channel on Astra 1E, 10.818 V, has been
replaced by UK Horizons. The channel is not in the clear, but it is
free. It is soft scrambled in Videocrypt 1, like Channel 5, meaning you
need a Videocrypt 1 decoder to receive it, but not necessarily a card.
There is no teletext service yet.

---------- TPS goes for four
TPS has started to make use of its fourth transponder on HotBird 4 -
10.873 V. Here there is simply a duplicate of the package which can be
found on 10.834 V, encrypted in Viaccess, containing channels such a M6
Music, EuroSport France, LCI and TV5 Europe... No doubt one of the two
packages will soon change.
