Sat Nordic vol 22 97.08.19 eng
Viasat has announced their new channels (and line up) for the Viasat
package.
New channels from September 15 are: The History Channel, EBN and Playboy
TV.
The History Channel will broadcast from the TV 1000 Cinema transponder
(11,888 LHCP) on TV Sat 2 at 0,6 degrees west.
EBN will share time with Sci-Fi channel on the same satellite (and
transponder) but on the frequency 11,912 LHCP. And last the Playboy
channel will been seen after the daily close down of TV 6 on 12,015 RHCP
at the Sirius 1 satellite at 5,2 degrees east.
The program packages will be sold like this:

* Viasat Silver 99 SEK/month
TV 6

Playboy TV
Viasat expect to launch some channels later this autumn.
And a new (I believe) TV channel called DK 4 has started broadcasting in
digital mode from the Tele-X satellite at 5 degrees east. Unfortunately
I do not have the frequency, symbol rate or the forward error correction
values that is needed to tune in.
