Q:
ISRO reportrd some problems with just launched Insat2D. Do you think this
satellite could be retrieved again by the control-station and become a full
operational satellite?

Sorry for your people. The latest report from ISRO says recovery of the
satellite will abandoned, after the satellite swifted around again on
saturday. So you could say this satellite is lost.
