The only MPEG-DVB receiver which does the job without any problems -
including teletext - I could find is the Mascom 9200S http://www.satshop.com
I just tested Cable Plus and Prima TV with this receiver and the new
software d-remote (se@scenet.de). Its a fast way to tune in on this signals
and others. The 9200 comes with the TEXT-feature. At this moment both
stations are FTA.
