Thanks to Eduard in Danmark an Bo in Sweden:
it looks like the Cosmos 2054 (SDRN) is working again on 16° West. Bo and ed
reported this and we made some tests. The satellite is much more stabil and
I would say we got the long awaited Louch here. So, just watch on 10.830 GHz
again for videos from MIR
