The first Ukrainian communication satellite  "Lybid" is planned
to launch  in 1999.
About it has informed in Kiev the deputy director of National
space agency of Ukraine (NSAU) Eduard Kuznetsov at meeting
of  Ukrainian astronaut   Leonid Kadenuk with the chairman of
Ukranian parlament Alexander Moroz.
As he said, problem of financing of the given project NSAU 
hopes to solve through European bank of reconstruction and
development. Nowadays there is successfully negotiation on
allocation of a credit to the amount more $ 100 millions.
